The contents of this Catalogue are protected by the Australian and Belgian copyright and Trademark Laws.
Reproduction of the catalogue or any portion thereof, is strictly prohibited.
Permission is not granted for any reproduction of our products being hand or mechanically made.


Orders placed at an Azza event such as a Class, Workshop or Demonstration, are usually shipped within 2-3 days – excluding weekends and Public Holidays – from the date that Azza Pacific Pty Ltd receives the order from our Consultants. Other Orders may be subject to a 10 day processing period, as prescribed by Law.Azza Pacific Pty Ltd is not liable for any delay in shipping caused in whole or in part by circumstances beyond Azza Pacific Pty Ltd’s control.

Azza Club products cannot be purchased without redeeming the Azza Club points through your Consultant.



Some items showing in stock on our web store may be unavailable at time of purchase.
If stock ordered is expected within 72 hours, your order will be held over and you will be notified by email and told of this delay.
If stock is not expected within this time your order will be sent without the out of stock item and payment adjusted with a credit on your account, refund or the product to be placed on backorder and delivered to you when received.


If paying by cheque, your order will be shipped to you after your cheque has been cleared to our bank account, generally within 5 working days.
If paying by direct bank transfer, your order will be sent out as soon as your funds have cleared our account, usually 1-3 business days. If using this method, please ensure you quote our Order Number and if possible, your surname.
Again, Azza Pacific Pty Ltd is not liable for any delay in shipping caused in whole or in part by circumstances beyond Azza Pacific Pty Ltd’s control.


Will be charged the actual cost of International Air Mail postage and you will be advised of this cost prior to the processing of your order.
International orders do not pay the Australian GST (10%).


Refunds or exchanges will be accepted if items are found to be faulty (excluding damage in transit).
Items must be returned within 4 weeks of purchase for a refund or an exchange to be accepted.
We have tried to provide you with high quality images and descriptions of our product line, however some variation may occur.
Please note, all items returned to us must be in original condition and packaging must be included.
Please remember we will not be held responsible for packages that go missing or are damaged after they have left our warehouse/office if they are not registered/insured. This includes damage in transit by Australia Post. However, using Fastway Couriers, our Customers are automatically covered by insurance for their parcels.


Azza Pacific Pty Ltd reserves the right to issue a refund or substitute merchandise of similar quality and value for items that are discontinued or out of stock.
The decision to discontinue merchandise belongs solely to Azza Pacific Pty Ltd.

Azza Pacific Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse an order which is deemed incorrect due to circumstances beyond our control.


We guarantee products to be free from manufacturing defects – please contact your Consultant within 4 weeks of the shipping date for any defective item.
This guarantee does not cover merchandise damaged through accident or abnormal use.
